New Year, New Beginnings: Silver Hills Welcomes Students Back
The school reopened this week, welcoming students back for the new academic year. On June 3rd, grades 5 to 10 and Class 12 returned, with special guest Dr. Shahina K. Rafeeq renowned film critic and columnist, delivering a message to the students.
The excitement continued on June 5th, as students from kindergarten through grade 5 and Class 11 joined their classmates. Teachers beamed with excitement as they welcomed new students with open arms, featuring performances by popular playback singers Sreya Jayadeep and RJ Deepak.
The halls of the School echoed with harmonious voices as the school choir kicked off the new academic year with an invocation.Ms. Reena, and Ms Anupama extending a warm welcome to the gathering, set the tone for a positive and engaging ceremony.
The Manager, Rev. Fr. Augustine K Mathee and the Principal, Rev. Fr. John Mannarathara, delivered inspiring addresses to both students and parents. Their speeches emphasized the importance of the new year and outlined the exciting learning journey ahead. Additionally, the programme included a clear presentation of the general instructions to be followed within the school campus, ensuring a safe and organized environment for all. The infectious energy of cultural events swept through the campus injecting a fresh and exciting rhythm into the air.
